Good principles to poker
I liked the sample pack enough to want to try more, signed up, and they send me a email confirmation with a link about about three lines long THAT DOESNT WORK. Comes back saying “invalid link”. Can’t figure why one would put so much effort into developing what looks like a promising product, then make it impossible to get????
I love it but I wish they would have more courses or updates
I think this is a great app, very informative to small time players such as myself. I may not agree with some of the suggestions, but...still fantastic.
The information given by top pros in these hand packs are very informative and will definitely improve your game in certain spots your not sure how to act get the Jonathan little hand packs you will start crushing it and improving your game.
As for me, I want a simple game. The extra wheels and options, logins and bonus this and that, the layers upon layers upon a soup sandwich of goop is not what I want in a game.
I really like the format of playing a hand being reviewed with an explanation of why to play the hand a certain way!
This app is pretty good at letting you have a hands on approach to learning. But needs updated as it won’t open since the ios13.1.3 update.
Great app to build a solid game. I’ve been a recreational grinder for over 30 years and this app still fixed some leaks I didn’t know I had. People complaining about cost are insane. You won’t find this level of training for this price anywhere else. I even recommended my son start using this app, as I think it can build a solid player very quickly. Thanks Jonathan and Matt for the great content!!!
Crashes right after opening. Used to be great though
Expensive, really expensive for the depth of the training. That being said, the training is better than reading a book. Actually putting the lessons into practice while reading is 10x more effective. There is also the seemingly contradictory content provided by the different instructors. But I think you choose the style your more comfortable with and you can certainly get better. Perhaps once that style is mastered you can move to the other instructors content and try to master that, so you can incorporate both styles in your game. Another issue I have with the content is, you go through the steps and you learn what to do, “when this happens, and your opponent does this.” And that is good information, but there is not follow up on, “now when this happens, but your opponent does this other thing, what do you do?”
IP helps with learning the principles of the game by practicing scenarios that come up in live games. It gives reasons for every situation. Using this app has helped my game tremendously. I highly recommend.
This game is great! For about the first 5 minutes. But then you figure out that you have to get another pack because practicing the first one is starting to get boring. So you go to the “free packs” and go oh look 500 coins and I only have 40. Then you go to the next and see the same thing. So after this disappointment you find out that the only way to earn coins is to play packs. Now this would be okaying if the pack the got you enough coins to pay for another free one but nooooo. One of the packs that you buy can give you around 231 max. So you have three of those then you go to the free packs again after a couple hours practicing those and then going back and trying for the most amount of coins. Once you have enough you go to the free pack shop and find out that the pack your about to buy gives you LESS THAN HALF of the coins your about to spend on it back. Now let’s say you do buy it you repeat the process of spending real money and then in game money a couple times and boom you have all the packs and a $53 hole in your wallet.
Every time I try to make an account I get a code 1 internal server error. Please fix this
The title of this review says it all. I study poker online, play online and at the tables, watch instructional videos from the pros on YouTube, etc. But this app has helped improve my game above all else. It’s the only way to basically simulate the experience of a pro playing along beside you and critiquing you as you go. Some of the in-app comments are things like “why learn to play like the rest of the pack?” Or “just let me play my way.” and to those people I must ask, don’t you see the value in learning the most essential and common strategies that the pros use? Of course it’s good to play your own style and to separate yourself from the pack, but to do that with the most skill and intelligence possible you have to know what the pack is doing and how they’re thinking. I’ll leave you with this... this app has the potential to pay for itself during your very next game.
Won't let me do what I want makes me do turns without allowing me to just play without paying
I’m hasan from Iran here my government has been forbidden playing poker for us therefore we haven’t casino books...but your item help us approving our poker level thanks
The money I spent on the many apps here, I won back at the poker table and then some. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this as part of your poker training regime. Actually playing the hands makes you think and the subsequent advice is thorough and excellent. You don’t have to agree with every move to learn something. I am finding more understanding having to think rather than read a poker book or watch a video and the material all get muddled together. I go through a hand pack once, then use the practice mode to better absorb the teachings. Then I replay the pack. Never gets old as there are SO SO many hands available. The point scoring is a nice touch to motivate your seriousness. Unlike a book or videos you can play a few hands at a time anywhere, anytime. This is a fun way to learn also. I am a long term student of Jonathan Little and his teachings here are as thorough as his other teaching platforms. The Bundle pack is clearly the best deal - I think you get close to 400 hands, with the option to earn free bundles.
So much help every purchase has more than paid off by improving my game. I just wish I could link this with my WPT trainer pack also. Thank you and I look forward to the new packs! Ok 2018, I just made Dan O'Brien sign the back of my phone as I took his seat on day 2 of Run it Up Reno main event. This app started it all. I'd gladly wear an Instapoker patch in all my future tournaments!!!!!!
It is a fun game, but you have to buy a new levels. That is not fair especially for kids with little money who like playing poker. ( like me!) overall it is a fun game IF YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY
The packs are expensive and contain little/flawed knowledge. Huge scam
Great app for taking time to consider all aspects of the game instead of following your instincts and throwing money away.
I won a pot last night because of a tip I got from this app.
This app helps challenge some beliefs about poker hands. It gives professional opinions and encourages growth of your poker game. I enjoy this app to gain outside perspectives of defining the subjective term of "proper play".
Good from beginner to pro and I have made it HUGE leaps and Bounds with this app.
Reinforces a lot of the lessons preached on the websites and webinars of these pros.
Good app. Would be great app if my packs restored on my iPad. Have contacted support, reloaded app, rebooted my app. Nothing seems to work
Great tool to learn game
I like this app. Helps you think about your hand and not just throw money Willy Nilly
Nice little coach app. It tells me I'm not as bad as I thought. Lol
It is nice 👍🏻
I I am a semi professional player and I play 3 to 5 times a week. I have read many of the most popular poker books and often look for help with my game. This training tool has been the best I have ever found to adjust and reinforce my play. It literally change my game. I use it to warm up before tournaments and up date the many available apps.
I play a higher stakes but these hands should be read by most players up to 5/10 as an reinforcement a no limit basic understanding to why each play how each play should be considered.
I think the app is great and works very well on my iPad but locks up on my iPhone. I like playing some of the more marginal hands which is very helpful.
I have really enjoyed this type of Texas hold'em since I am new and still learning the best way to play my hand while guessing my opponents hands to better the pot should I win
Awesome app to learn solid poker strategies.
Excellent and unique training tool. Definitely helps to be able to apply the lessons to actual table action and get instant feedback on your decisions. Great way to learn! Would be nice if more hand packs were available at a lower cost but if you practice the lessons and apply what you learn it should return the investment many times over
Keeps you sharp, while introducing different, or varying approaches to playing hands. Also really like the variety of hand packs.
How do contact support for this app, I have a simple request. I just want to change the email address on this app account. The app support link does not work. I will give this app a five star rating if I can do this. Thank you for your help
Bom App, boas instruções, recomendo. 😀 😀
This helps a lot, great app
Very useful app for increasing your income in poker

Must have.
Learn to play small pairs and what to do and how to play tournaments.
I am JUST learning how to play poker. I am so grateful for this app! I feel like I have my own poker coach. This app teaches disciplined, smart play. And I love the applause when you make the right move!
This app is so much fun
If you read everything, think carefully, and start applying these concepts to your game, you will greatly improve your game. I would recommend the Matt Berkey packs. It's an aggressive strategy but no form of poker is more fun, and I believe, profitable.
I haven't played poker regularly for 5 to 6 years. A lot has changed in the game more sophisticated, new concepts have been introduced and the players are more savvy now. Instapoker is helping me to get my game on par again and I don't have to learn these concepts with real money. This type of simulation didn't exist at that time, so whatever I learned in books/mags, after pouring over them for hours, would have to be practiced at the table for real money and without instant feedback. There seems to be great value in the hand packs they offer, and are available for every level of player. It's helped me identify weaknesses in my game, such as playing small pairs, then I realize there's a hand pack for that too! I look forward to beating my old scores and adding into my library of hand packs. I let a few friends that play professionally in LV, see the app and they agreed that this might be the fastest way for me to get back into the game, and they agreed also with the coaches' choices during play. I love this app, and there isn't a better rated hand pack app than this! There also seems to be constant new releases! I only wish that more discounts were available for purchasing multiple packs (perhaps a 3pack for $9.99) so I could get more, but this is so valuable, that I wouldn't want it to be too affordable for my competition at the table either!
